Supporting families and carers We are committed to working in partnership with families and colleagues across other organisations to achieve the best possible outcomes for each of the individuals we support. We welcome and actively seek feedback both positive and negative where there is room for improvement. This can be done in a variety of ways, such as through our Quality Assurance process or our on-line feedback form. However, the most frequent form of feedback we receive is through our day to day contact, with the people we support, their families and other professionals. As in all areas of society, families and social networks are

made up in variety of ways. We see our role as providing whatever support is required to enable the individual to engage in family life and maintain friendships in whatever way helps to ensure their happiness and wellbeing.
