Quality Assurance To get the views of the people who live or are involved in our services (supported living services) we will carry out an annual survey. Questionnaires will be sent to the people we support, their relatives, staff working for Grace Living Supported Homes and the Care Managers of the people we support. The questions will cover: • CQC’s 5 Questions • Grace Living Supported Homes 5 Core Values • The 5 areas of the Driving up Quality Code Findings Comments and feedback from the groups surveyed will be given right.
